About

With an incredible knack for writing deep meaningful songs with choruses that can stick with you for days, Nadia Sheikh’s journey so far has been quite the ride. From supporting Stereophonics across 19 dates of their European Kind tour, including sold-out Manchester Arena and Cardiff Arena shows; to gracing stages at festivals like Glastonbury, Isle Of Wight, Kendal Calling, Y Not, FIB (Benicassim Festival) and performing on Spanish national TV for Los Conciertos de Radio 3.

Having released various EPs independently, Nadia has always found a place of eclectic connection between her emotive and intimate songwriting, full of musical and lyrical depth, and anthemic guitar driven sounds, creating a concoction of raw but fragile beauty fuelled by her pop sensibility. Her songs have amassed a tonne of support from the likes of BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, Radio X, Radio 3 (Spain), Planet Rock, CLASH Magazine, Rolling Stone France, Line of Best Fit and Fresh On The Net to name a few.

Her highly anticipated EP ‘Neverending Trial’ touches on themes of heartbreak, anxiety and depression, women’s visibility in today’s world and self-doubt. Produced by Joe Cross (Louis Tomlinson, Courteeners, Hurts…), this new body of work is set to drop in September, coinciding with a run of headline shows in the UK and Spain.
